- Clean jar or glass
- 1 cup low-fat or fat-free unflavored milk*
*This recipe is also delicious with unsweetened, unflavored soy milk.
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Place the jar in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Next, take the jar out and pour 1 cup (8 ounces) of milk into the jar. The glass will make yummy icy milk crystals from the cold!
