  • Clean jar or glass
  • 1 cup low-fat or fat-free unflavored milk*

*This recipe is also delicious with unsweetened, unflavored soy milk.


  1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
  2. Place the jar in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Next, take the jar out and pour 1 cup (8 ounces) of milk into the jar. The glass will make yummy icy milk crystals from the cold!
