  • Berry-flavored herbal tea bag


Wash your hands with soap and water.

Fill your jar with tap water right from the faucet.

Next, add one berry-flavored tea bag. Put the lid on your jar and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it’s nice and cold.

Remove the tea bag so you don’t choke, and set aside.
